[vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″ id=”” class=”post-content” style=””][text_output]Do you like burdens? Have we ever really stopped to think about why we dislike burdens so much? It’s because we consider an easy and problem-free life to be the ideal life to live. In truth, a problem-free life does not exist. When we avoid challenges or problems it only leads to us having a weak mindset. Persons with fragile mindsets, like tofu, crumbles whenever the least bit of pressure is applied. Without us even realising it, this may lead to even our very relationships with our parents, friends or even husband and wife problematic.
Consider an unkempt garden. It’s usually overrun by weeds and is quite unattractive, right? Just like that, when we avoid challenges and other problems our hearts too become like an unkempt garden overcome with weeds of fear and doubt. It affects our lives and relationships and also like a sick body we become weak to external influences and temptations with no strength.
Just like when the body goes through great exercise, it also goes through pain right? At the end of the pain, it becomes worth it because the body becomes stronger. This is the reason we need to challenge the difficulties and overcome them. Just like that, our heart must go through great exercise in order to become stronger. Difficulties are actually a vital part of having strong and healthy mindsets. Instead of trying to find the quickest way to avoid burdens, we can instead start by overcoming them, one burden at a time.[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDc3R5bGUlM0UlMEEuZW50cnktdGh1bWIlMjBpbWclMjAlN0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjBtYXgtaGVpZ2h0JTNBJTIwNDAwcHglM0IlMEElN0QlMEElMEEucG9zdC1jb250ZW50JTIwJTdCJTBBJTIwJTIwJTIwJTIwdGV4dC1hbGlnbiUzQSUyMGp1c3RpZnklM0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjB0ZXh0LWp1c3RpZnklM0ElMjBpbnRlci13b3JkJTNCJTBBJTdEJTBBJTNDJTJGc3R5bGUlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
