Many people today are really caught up with how they are viewed by others. Some people think: “Why do I look so plain? Why am I not pretty enough? Why am I so short? Why am I so fat? They struggle with themselves a lot; struggling to improve themselves, or even complaining about their financial situation.
Many young people today are struggling to fit in the image society paints as acceptable or cool. This leads to despair whenever they look in the mirror and see themselves falling short. The resulting stress leads some people to various kinds of addiction or even suicide.
Every one of us are unique and precious in the eyes of our loved ones. Is it really necessary for us to fit in with somebody else’s expectation, or should we embrace who we are?
