[vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″ id=”” class=”post-content” style=””][text_output]The world is a melting pot of people of many colours, cultures and circumstances. As we move around in this world, we come across many personalities and attitudes. People are of course very good at pretending. We wear masks every day and are very good at presenting a disposition tailored to give us an advantage when we need it. However, one thing that is very hard to hide is the heart.
Hearts can either be humble or arrogant. An arrogant heart is like a coin with two sides. On one side, they are better than everyone else while on the other side; they are worse than everybody else and are consumed by self-pity. The most apparent thing is that they are obsessed with themselves. As a result of this, they can hardly consider the opinions or feelings of others.
A humble heart is something many people claim but few people have. This kind of heart sees others as better than themselves and can learn something from everyone. The physical laws that govern the world teach us that water always flows to the lowest place. Humble people pull others toward them. For some reason, people always want to help them.
If you think about it, two people can walk into a store and where there is a problem one can demand their rights and get justice. Another can, because of their heart, get the same result because people just want to help them. In a restaurant, two people can pay the same amount of money, and one gets more for the same reason. In a workplace, there are employees for whom people will bend backwards to help. Then, there is another whose attitude causes people to sit and anticipate their demise.
Okay, let’s check our hearts. This world teaches that we have to be forceful. It is me first. But if everyone had a “me first,” mentality, we would all suffer. If our parents had that mindset, every child would be scarred. However, parents instinctively deny themselves for their offspring. Teachers also deny themselves for students. The same is true for many doctors, soldiers and volunteers who almost all can agree that there is no greater reward.
If we can learn the secret, there is a happy way in everything we face. Our hearts have to be humble to see it. Arrogance may make us feel important, but it will ultimately lead us to isolation. We need people; we need each other. Humility leads to interdependent and unity. If you can respect everyone who you interrupt with as a help to you, the way you view the world will change. To find treasure in the sand, we have to go low; what have we been missing?
Communities built on strife can never stand. Our lives and homes can only enjoy real happiness if everyone sees the others as the source of their help. Even when you pay for something, insist on value but thank everyone who serves you. A humble heart attracts peace and hope; isn’t that what we all seek?[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDc3R5bGUlM0UlMEEuZW50cnktdGh1bWIlMjBpbWclMjAlN0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjBtYXgtaGVpZ2h0JTNBJTIwNDAwcHglM0IlMEElN0QlMEElMEEucG9zdC1jb250ZW50JTIwJTdCJTBBJTIwJTIwJTIwJTIwdGV4dC1hbGlnbiUzQSUyMGp1c3RpZnklM0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjB0ZXh0LWp1c3RpZnklM0ElMjBpbnRlci13b3JkJTNCJTBBJTdEJTBBJTNDJTJGc3R5bGUlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
