Why do we have to work to make people like us? For many of us, it seems much too hard so we just avoid the whole thing. However, making friends doesn’t have to be a big deal. Maybe we’ve just been going about it the wrong way.
Ok, how does one make friends? Friends by definition are the people that we are comfortable and have things in common with. That means it would be difficult if we tried to befriend people who have nothing in common with us. For example, if I am to meet someone who likes soccer as much as I do, we would have a lot to talk about.
However, when we look around and find that we have almost no friends, the natural conclusion would be that we’re loners. Many people have difficulties making friends and some have concluded that they simply love their own company. In fact, nobody likes being alone. That’s actually not true, we’re all happier with friends.
A sure way to make friends is to start with common interests. It works on social networks, why can’t it work for you? You know when you needed a friend, be that friend for someone else. If you are thinking you can’t be a friend, probably there are people thinking the same lie and could’ve possibly been one of your friends. In social gatherings, start by talking about your likes and dislikes.
You’d be surprised how many friends you will make![/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDc3R5bGUlM0UlMEEuZW50cnktdGh1bWIlMjBpbWclMjAlN0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjBtYXgtaGVpZ2h0JTNBJTIwNDAwcHglM0IlMEElN0QlMEElMEEucG9zdC1jb250ZW50JTIwJTdCJTBBJTIwJTIwJTIwJTIwdGV4dC1hbGlnbiUzQSUyMGp1c3RpZnklM0IlMEElMjAlMjAlMjAlMjB0ZXh0LWp1c3RpZnklM0ElMjBpbnRlci13b3JkJTNCJTBBJTdEJTBBJTNDJTJGc3R5bGUlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
